Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, all in line with UK consumer laws.


1. Can I Return an Item?

Absolutely! You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in line with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, which give you the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. Items That Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Used or opened beauty/cosmetic products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and downloadable items

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at delfybeautyltd.uk.com@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
  3. We’ll respond with instructions and the return address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

5. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

To request an exchange, email us at delfybeautyltd.uk.com@gmail.com with your order number and issue. We’ll handle it quickly!


6. What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll work to send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice!
